The ideal candidate has 4+ years of paralegal experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, with proficiency in legal software and document management systems.

Qualifications

• Paralegal qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience in corporate or litigation.
• Proficiency in legal software and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and file legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
• Conduct legal research and fact-finding to assist attorneys.
• Manage discovery processes, including collection, review, and production.
• Schedule proceedings and client meetings; maintain calendars for attorneys.
