The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience, strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process.
• Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• File documents electronically in state and federal courts.
• Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial schedules.
• Coordinate discovery and document production efforts.
• Maintain and organize case files and litigation databases.
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors.
• Assist with trial preparation, witness coordination, and trial support.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
