A premier Raleigh law firm seeks a senior Corporate Paralegal to drive high-stakes transactional and operational workflows supporting up to six attorneys across mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, tech startups, and regulatory matters.

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end corporate entity formations, foreign qualifications, governance amendments, and dissolutions.
• Drive M&A transactional support, including due diligence workflows, VDR administration, and closing binder execution.
• Facilitate multi-state business licensing and compliance filings for highly regulated industries.
• Administer UCC filings, tax lien searches, and judgment tracking in collaboration with state agencies and vendors.
• Draft complex corporate governance documents, board resolutions, operating agreements, and legal consents.
