Job summary

Farm Credit East seeks a collaborative professional to drive core business system development and innovation. You will partner with product owners to align on strategy, manage a portfolio of core systems, and optimize platform solutions through vendor partnerships.

The role emphasizes adoption, training, and effective change enablement across the organization. You will contribute to delivering customer, employee, and community value while supporting transformational initiatives and ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with FISERV DNA, Salesforce, nCINO, CCH Tax or Encompass LOS.
Experience in software testing and QA preferred.
Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Hybrid work options after two weeks with balance of customer, team and performance.

Responsibilities

Execute core business system strategy with product owner support.
Governing portfolio management, metrics, risks, prioritisation and resource allocation.
Create requirements for new/updated core business systems ideas.
Plan and adapt platform knowledge for core business system innovation.
Develop communication strategies to align with adoption and utilization.
Drive change enablement, training and communication for system rollouts.
