Job summary

AlixPartners in Southfield, Michigan, is seeking a Legal-Compliance-Risk professional to support the firm's client engagement documentation across practices and geographies. The role involves drafting, coordinating, and tracking documents, including engagement letters and non-disclosure agreements, using Ironclad and ServiceNow.

You will report to the Legal Operations Director, require strong writing and organization, and handle sensitive information with discretion in a full-time hybrid

Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher preferred, with 2+ years paralegal or related experience.
Experience supporting legal, compliance, risk management or client-facing functions.
Proficiency with Ironclad, ServiceNow, and MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal English communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Monitor and triage requests via Ironclad, ServiceNow, and email.
Draft, revise, and track engagement documents.
Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and outside professionals.
Prepare materials for Risk Management Committee meetings.
Maintain reports and workflows to support compliance.
