Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Contract Specialist/Compliance Analyst to support the full contract lifecycle within the Health team of People & Investments. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and collaboration with Legal, Health & Benefits, and other stakeholders.

You will draft, review, and manage contracts, monitor deadlines, ensure internal compliance, maintain templates in ContractHub, and help implement updates while tracking milestones and risks.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of contract administration experience
• Project management experience and process improvement
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams
• Analytical, organized, and detail oriented
• Independent and collaborative work style
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and manage contracts and related legal documentation
• Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements
• Monitor contracts throughout their lifecycle, including approvals and deadlines
• Leverage AI and technology-enabled tools in workflow
• Review compliance materials and propose policy updates
• Support compliance activities including data privacy matters
• Collaborate with Health & Benefits Operations on contract questions
• Maintain auditable contract records and documentation
• Identify contractual risks and escalate issues as needed
