AlixPartners is seeking a Legal Professional to support its Legal-Compliance-Risk team in Southfield, MI. The role involves reviewing and coordinating client engagement documents, managing approvals, and ensuring timely execution of contracts across practices.

The ideal candidate will bring paralegal experience, strong writing and communication skills, and comfort with contract management software (Ironclad) and ServiceNow.

Qualifikationen

• Paralegal experience in purchasing, contracting or client engagement administration.
• Experience supporting legal/compliance or risk management teams across multiple stakeholders preferred.
• Familiarity with contract management systems (Ironclad) and ticketing tools.
• Strong proofreading, organization, and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Review, revise, coordinate and track client engagement documents (engagement letters, NDAs, etc.).
• Coordinate communications among clients, internal stakeholders, and outside professionals.
• Generate reports from contract management systems and related tools.
• Support Risk Management Committee activities and maintain engagement records.
• Promote process improvements and handle high-volume, deadline-driven work.
