Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in NY.
• Minimum of three years in a large law firm; GC or compliance is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication; impeccable integrity.

Responsibilities

• Review engagement letters and monitor for compliance.
• Review client questionnaires, codes of conduct, NDAs and client requests.
• Draft responses to client Outside Counsel Guidelines and prepare waivers as needed.
• Collaborate with Business Development on advertising restrictions, social media and training materials.
• Liaise with Vendor Management Office to review vendor contracts for risk.
• Perform conflicts analysis for lateral attorney hires and document resolutions.
• Provide evening/weekend on-call support and handle special projects.
