Job summary

Insync Staffing Inc. is hiring a Contracts Associate for a 1-year hybrid role in San Rafael, CA, to draft, negotiate, track, and manage a high volume of contracts with attorneys, Global Sourcing and Procurement, and business partners.

Using established templates and CLM systems, you will help facilitate contract execution while ensuring compliance with Legal policies. This role is a strong fit for candidates pursuing a legal career, including recent graduates.

Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite at least two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, quick learner with strong work ethic.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional interaction with stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and time management; handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a variety of company agreements including NDAs, MSAs, Amendments, SOWs, and Change Orders using templates.
• Monitor and track a large volume of contracts from draft to final signatures in CLM.
• Serve as liaison among Legal, GSP, business partners, and external parties to facilitate review and execution.
• Maintain templates and playbooks, train users on contract management processes, support cross-functional initiatives.
