TALENT Software Services is seeking a hands-on contracts professional to join our Legal Department in San Rafael. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and managing a high volume of agreements using templates and CLM systems, with a strong emphasis on compliance and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Onsite in San Rafael at least two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, quick learner with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate company agreements using templates and CLM systems.
• Monitor a large volume of contracts from draft to signature.
• Ensure compliance with contracting policies and procedures.
• Serve as liaison among Legal, GSP, business partners, and external contracting parties.
• Maintain templates and playbooks; train users on contract management.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and departmental projects.
