Perfect Timing is a Bay Area staffing and recruiting firm seeking a Contracts Manager in San Rafael, CA (hybrid) to oversee the full lifecycle of organizational contracts and ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.

The role drafts, reviews, negotiates, tracks, and maintains contracts, manages internal workflows, and partners with Legal, Finance, and Compliance to protect the organization while enabling growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in contracts administration, compliance, risk management, or related function.
• Experience in highly regulated environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with contract compliance standards and risk mitigation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, track, and maintain contracts in a centralized repository.
• Manage internal contract review and approval workflows for compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and operations to include risk provisions.
• Monitor renewals, expirations, amendments, and extensions and communicate deadlines.
• Prepare reports on contract status, milestones, and obligations.
