Job summary

American Engineering Testing Inc. in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of customer, vendor, and subcontractor agreements, from drafting through execution and renewal.

You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, Procurement, and outside counsel, ensuring compliance with terms and company policies, and maintaining accurate records in the central repository.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, legal studies, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract administration or related roles.
• Working knowledge of common commercial contract terms and risk provisions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments and with external parties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic signature platforms (DocuSign, Adobe Sign).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and subcontractor agreements using approved templates.
• Coordinate internal reviews, revisions, and approvals per policy and signature authority.
• Manage contract execution, records, and centralized repository; monitor key dates.
• Track renewals and notices, and communicate actions to business owners.
• Ensure compliance and coordinate with accounting for billing and revenue recognition.
