Job summary

American Engineering Testing (AET) in St Paul, MN, is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of customer, vendor, and subcontractor agreements from drafting through execution and closeout.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Procurement, and outside counsel to ensure terms align with policies and records are accurate. The role offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, legal studies, supply chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of contract administration, paralegal, procurement, or related role.
• Working knowledge of common commercial contract terms and risk provisions.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments and external parties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic signature platforms (DocuSign, Adobe Sign).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and subcontractor agreements using Company-approved templates.
• Coordinate internal reviews and approvals per policy and signature authority.
• Manage the contract execution process and central repository.
• Track renewals, expirations, and deadlines; notify owners in advance.
