Job summary

Cedent in Bloomington, IN seeks a Contracts Administrator to manage contract lifecycle, signing, filing, and tracking. This hybrid, full-time role supports contract review and approvals across departments.

You will collaborate with legal counsel, clients, suppliers, and internal teams while maintaining templates and documentation in accordance with QA and SOPs. Life sciences/pharma exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in one of: paralegal, pharmaceutical science, business management or engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical and/or life sciences industry, specifically a contract service organization.
• Experience with legal documents and contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate signing, filing, and tracking of Legal Contracts and documents.
• Process owner for contract database and Contract policy.
