Job summary

Populus Group is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to partner with onboarding, payroll, and recruiting teams, ensuring a seamless contractor experience from start to finish. This role focuses on primary contractor contact, payroll follow-up, performance feedback, and exploring post-assignment opportunities.

The position emphasizes a hybrid environment with remote or local office options, development opportunities, and a strong emphasis on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills & Experience
• Strong ability to display organizational skills
• Attention to detail and process oriented
• Strong Computer Skills in MS Word & Excel
• Customer Service or Recruiting experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

• The ERS will act as the primary point of contact for our contractor through the duration of their assignment.
• Work with the Payroll Services Specialist on any follow up needed with the contractor to ensure an accurate payroll process.
• Work to advance the contractor’s career through performance feedback and understanding the skills that the contractor has and what they are gaining in this position.
• Work with the NRC to determine potential options for the contractor once the current assignment is completed.
