Job summary

Crafty is seeking a Contract Specialist to support a high-volume contract lifecycle with internal focus. You will reinforce contract systems, train internal teams, and provide redlining support within established guidelines.

The role sits in a two-person contract team and reports to the Senior Contract Specialist. You will process contract requests across HubSpot and Ironclad, ensure data integrity, and contribute to ongoing SOP improvements while maintaining strong attention to detail in a

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract administration or legal operations.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle tools (Ironclad), CRM platforms (HubSpot), and project tools (Notion).
• Experience working with legal and compliance teams.
• Experience training non-legal stakeholders on contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts following guidelines.
• Maintain an organized contract database and track key dates.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, and Finance on contracts.
• Send notifications for contract renewals.
• Update and standardize contract templates with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and escalate to senior management or legal teams.
• Support regulatory and internal audits related to contracts.
• Process contract requests across HubSpot and Ironclad.
• Maintain SOPs and deliver recurring training.
• Support post-signature processes and office moves.
