Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, health plans, or regulated contracting preferred.
• Familiar with HIPAA and related privacy laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements.
• Partner with internal teams to explain obligations and risk.
• Advise on provisions: scope, fees, confidentiality, privacy, IP, audits.
• Support contract lifecycle management and templates.
• Escalate risks with concise analysis and recommended paths.
