Job summary

This role partners with Legal, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Product, and Information Security teams to structure transactions and mitigate risk in a fast-paced health tech environment.

The successful candidate will have a JD, admission to at least one U.S.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of attorney experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and risk identification in complex agreements.
• Experience with healthcare, health plan, or regulated contracting preferred.
• Working familiarity with HIPAA and related privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements including vendor and technology contracts.
• Advise on scope of services, fees, confidentiality, data privacy, and regulatory obligations.
• Support contract lifecycle management, templates, and playbooks to improve processes.
• Escalate material risks to senior legal and business leaders with concise analysis.
