You will partner with Legal, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Product, and Information Security to structure transactions, assess risk, and improve contracting processes. Strong drafting/negotiation skills and 3+ years in healthcare contracting preferred.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree with bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of attorney experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong contract law knowledge and ability to identify legal and business risks.
• Experience with healthcare, HIPAA, or regulated contracting preferred.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements.
• Partner with internal teams to understand objectives, explain obligations, and propose practical alternatives.
• Advise on key contract provisions, including scope, performance standards, fees, confidentiality, privacy/data security, IP, audit rights and regulatory obligations.
• Support contract lifecycle management by maintaining records, tracking negotiations, and improving templates and playbooks.
• Escalate material risks to senior legal and business leaders with concise analysis and recommended paths forward.
