Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3+ years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong contract law knowledge; can identify and mitigate risks.
• Healthcare/health plan, technology, data privacy contracting preferred.
• HIPAA familiarity with relevant federal/state requirements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide practical legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate high-volume commercial agreements.
• Partner with internal teams to align objectives and explain obligations.
• Advise on scope, fees, confidentiality, data security, and IP provisions.
• Support lifecycle management, templates, and playbooks.
• Escalate material risks with concise analysis and options.
