Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3+ years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements in relevant settings.
• Strong contract law knowledge and risk identification in complex agreements.
• Healthcare, health plan, technology, data, privacy, or regulated contracting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy laws relevant to contracting.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and advise senior leadership when needed.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate high volume of commercial agreements.
• Partner with internal teams to align objectives and mitigate legal risk.
• Advise on key contract provisions including scope, fees, confidentiality, and data security.
• Support contract lifecycle management and improve templates and playbooks.
• Escalate material risks with concise analysis and recommended paths forward.
