Anduril Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to scale our team. You will collaborate with Production leaders, define hiring needs, and drive process improvements with autonomy.

This hybrid Ashville, OH role is a 6-month contract with potential extension to 18 months and possibility to convert to full-time based on performance. You will manage full-cycle recruiting and build a world-class talent map.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience.
• 1+ years with senior leaders and reporting progress.
• Experience recruiting for Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or Hardware.
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid in Ashville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting and talent mapping.
• Define hiring needs with Production leaders.
• Conduct high-volume interviews and offer conversions.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strings.
• Build talent maps to inform engagement strategies.
• Drive diversity in the organization and ensure positive candidate experience.
• Represent the brand and recruiting team internally and externally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to sell our value proposition.
