Mayo Clinic seeks a Contract Administrator to coordinate systemwide contract implementations with Category Managers and Portfolio Administrators, ensuring life-cycle management and timely reporting across the supply chain.

The role requires five years of relevant healthcare or clinical experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools. This hybrid role is based near Mayo Clinic campuses in Minnesota, with on-site expectations as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years' relevant experience in health care, supply chain logistics, finance, business, nursing or other clinical areas; Certifications may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Master's degree in health care, supply chain, logistics, finance, business, nursing, or other clinical areas preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence and/or business systems, tools and applications required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the systemwide contract implementation with Category Managers, Analysts, Portfolio Administrators and other supply chain personnel.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Portfolio Administrators and Suppliers on contract life cycle management.
• Provide system reporting support to category management teams; triage requests via Service Now or OneTrust Vendorpedia.
• Perform special projects and assignments as directed.
• Maintain knowledge of Mayo Clinic's clinical and administrative systems and interrelationships.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Adapt to new processes, roles, and tools in a digital supply chain environment.
