Responsibilities

• Assists with the vendor credentialing process.
• Supports Sourcing Manager on contract monitoring, analytics, and execution.
• Maintains the contract management database and generates reports.
• Identifies and recommends contracting process improvements to standardize performance indicators, promote risk mitigation, and improve cost containment.
• Drafts and reviews contracts and contract templates.
• Applies expertise to resolve novel and complex contractual issues.
• Works collaboratively with internal customers and vendors to support contract negotiations and vendor sourcing efforts.
