Job summary

Assured Data Protection seeks a Contract Specialist to be the first point of contact for contract reviews and to manage the template repository in a hybrid Herndon, VA office. You will triage requests, ensure templates are up to date, and escalate complex issues to General Counsel as needed.

You will support US and UK teams, review NDAs, MSAs, and DPAs, and work with DocuSign/Adobe Sign for execution. Strong communication and meticulousness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in contract review or contract management.
• Experience reviewing enterprise agreements, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs.
• Demonstrated experience owning and maintaining a legal document or template repository.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for contract review requests from internal teams.
• Establish and maintain a uniform submission method with SLAs for turnaround times.
• Triage requests by type, risk, and urgency and route appropriately.
• Review agreements against templates and approved language; prepare redlines and markups.
