Hut 8 seeks a highly organized Contract Specialist, Principal to support its Legal team in Miami, FL. You will lead first-pass review, drafting from templates, and manage contract intake, templates, and systems to drive efficiency and reduce risk across the contracting process.

Responsibilities include redlining, escalating complex issues, maintaining trackers, ensuring documentation completeness, and coordinating signatures.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience reviewing, redlining, and managing commercial contract lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first-pass review and redlining of NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS contracts, and standard services agreements using established playbooks.
