Realtor.com is building out its Talent Attraction team and seeks an energetic, self-driven Contract Revenue Recruiter to support hiring for high-volume sales and related roles. In this hybrid position based in Scottsdale, AZ, you will own full-cycle recruiting from active sourcing through the offer stage, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys staying hands-on throughout the recruiting process, using strong relationship-building and sourcing skills to deliver an effective, high-touch candidate experience.

Role Details

• Location: Scottsdale, AZ (hybrid), with 4 days per week in the Scottsdale, AZ office.
• Employment type: Contract.
