Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for inside sales and related roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate experience.
• Represent Realtor.com at local and virtual job fairs and hiring events.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to share best practices.
