Qualifications

• At least three years of experience managing all phases of the recruiting and hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategy and improve processes with Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Execute full life cycle recruiting—from sourcing to offer.
• Attend interviews to support hiring managers and participate in events and outreach.
• Maintain a robust candidate database and partner with managers on job descriptions and hiring profiles.
