trak group in Grove City, OH is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support its manufacturing division in a Hybrid role with two days remote. The focus is sourcing, screening, and recruiting for approximately 8–10 open manufacturing positions.

The ideal candidate has proven manufacturing or skilled labor recruiting experience, strong sourcing networks, and comfort with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred). You will collaborate with hiring managers and manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Proven success sourcing for manufacturing or skilled labor roles.
• Strong candidate sourcing and networking abilities.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities.
• Understanding of recruiting processes: sourcing, screening, evaluation.

Responsabilités

• Manage recruiting efforts for approximately 8–10 open positions within the manufacturing division.
• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for manufacturing and skilled labor opportunities.
• Utilize professional networks, recruiting platforms, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on position requirements, technical qualifications, and relevant experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop targeted recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with qualified manufacturing and skilled trades professionals.
• Coordinate candidate communication, interview scheduling, and recruiting follow-up.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activities, and hiring progress within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines and recruiting progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness and accelerate the hiring process.
• Support additional recruiting activities as needed throughout the contract assignment.

Join trak group in partnering with a growing manufacturing client seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support an increase in hiring needs across its manufacturing division. This position will focus on sourcing, identifying, and recruiting qualified candidates for approximately 8–10 open manufacturing positions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, resourceful recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing and skilled labor recruitment. This individual should have an established candidate network, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to independently manage recruiting activities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Greenhouse ATS is highly preferred.
