Job summary

Crafty is seeking a Contract Specialist to add capacity and rigor to our contract operations. This is a primarily internal-facing role: you will process a high volume of contract requests, strengthen the systems that support our contract lifecycle, and train internal teams on request-processing mechanics.

The Senior Contract Specialist will mentor you and help onboard, while you operate independently within our negotiation guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract administration or legal operations.
• Experience with Ironclad, HubSpot and Notion.
• Strong understanding of contract terms and commercial implications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts, ensuring clear terms and legal compliance.
• Maintain an organized contract database, track key dates, and ensure proper archiving.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Client Success and Finance to ensure smooth contract execution.
• Send notifications related to contract renewal calendar and update templates for consistency.
• Identify risks in contracts and escalate to senior management or legal teams.
• Support regulatory and internal audits related to contracts.
• Process contract requests across HubSpot and Ironclad and improve data entry efficiency.
