Job summary

You will act as a SME, educate business teams, and lead end-to-end contracting improvements, leveraging CLM tech to optimize processes. The role requires 5+ years in procurement/contracting, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and familiarity with Ariba, SAP, Icertis, and Adobe suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or closely related field
- CSP, CPM or CPSM certification is desired
- 5+ years procurement, project management, or contracting experience
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills are required
- Familiarity with procurement ERP systems (Ariba, SAP) and Contract Lifecycle Management tools
Responsibilities
- Lead and analyze high-complexity master agreements and negotiate terms
- Educate business groups on contract terms for sound decisions
- Collaborate with Legal, Category Management, and Risk groups to ensure policy compliance
- Manage auditing of contracts and Contract Repository
- Drive process improvements and system optimization with technology teams
