Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Integration Technical Service Manager to oversee multiple projects with on-site and offshore teams. The role focuses on program health, team leadership, and driving improvements in customer experience, aligning solutions to client needs.

This is a 7-month contract assignment supporting our parent company at their Baltimore headquarters, requiring 3 days per week on site. The role involves developing service strategies, managing releases, and enforcing SLAs and KPIs to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in technical integration roles with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, middleware, and cloud tech.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other service frameworks is a plus.
• Hands-on in system integration, APIs, middleware, or ESB.
• Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and best practices.
• Cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP and Terraform/Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement service strategies to enhance performance and reliability.
• Assisting release management processes; liaison between development and support teams.
• Design and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and SOPs for quality and accountability.
• Work on application integration projects, MuleSoft; ensure data flow and interoperability.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity.
• Monitor sprint progress and report key metrics.
