ManpowerGroup is seeking an IT Service Desk Supervisor for a healthcare client in Baltimore, MD. Hybrid role (4 days on site) with responsibility to lead frontline service delivery and hands-on IT support.

You will translate IT plans into daily operations, supervise a team, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with vendors to meet service levels while protecting confidentiality and security.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years in network or systems administration or IT management.
• 3+ direct reports in a technical support environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Translate department plans into day-to-day operational activities and adjust plans as directed.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and troubleshooting to sustain operations.
• Enforce IT policies, security controls, and regulatory requirements at the operational level.
• Supervise IT support team daily work: assign tasks, schedule, coach, and escalate issues.
• Serve as primary operations contact for customers and stakeholders, coordinating with vendors and third-party support.
