Real Staffing Group in Mettawa, IL, seeks a Contract Analyst to support the Trade Program Solutions team with negotiating, executing, and administering wholesale contracts, primarily DSAs and amendments.

The role requires 5+ years in contracting, strong analytics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Smartsheet. This hybrid position offers collaboration with Legal, Procurement, and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years contracting/contract administration experience.
• Experience with wholesale, distribution, or pharmaceutical contracting preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Smartsheet.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage DSA contracts from intake through execution, including document preparation, review, approvals, and signature collection.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and escalating non-standard terms as needed.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Market Access Trade, Demand Planning, and other stakeholders to resolve contract issues.
• Maintain Standard Terms & Conditions and ensure accurate contract documentation and recordkeeping.
• Review and finalize industry forms and contract-related documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on contracting processes and support continuous process improvements.
