Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and SaaS contracts.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, payment terms, and contractual conditions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support procurement and vendor management activities.
• Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, extensions, and terminations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improvements to supplier agreements.
• Assist with vendor selection, competitive bidding, and sourcing initiatives.
• Analyze supplier pricing, contract terms, and market benchmarks.
• Partner with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to address contractual matters.
