• Create contract proposals, amendments/addendums as requested from sales field members.
• Enter contract requests received in master log to track all activities within the contracting department.
• Enter all deal specifics of the contract into SAP and communicate details to a predefined contact list.
• Liaise between Medline sales organizations to align contracting efforts on corporate agreements.
• Resolve questions from internal customers regarding contract language and escalate to legal for reviews.
• Maintain electronic and physical contract files and templates; participate in template reviews to keep documents up to date.
