Job summary

OUC - The Reliable One is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join the Transformation division in Orlando. The role partners with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, map processes, and turn improvement ideas into practical changes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of CI experience, and certifications in LEAN or Six Sigma; Change Management and PM credentials are preferred. The position offers a hybrid schedule and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Process Improvement, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years leading continuous improvement initiatives with facilitation and champion coordination.
• Process Improvement Certification (LEAN, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Green Belt) required on hire.
• Change Management Certification preferred or required within 6 months of hire.
• Project Management Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning, managing and implementing CI initiatives.
• Manage multiple initiatives with dependencies across teams.
• Assign tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines to initiative team members.
• Possible accountability for financial management of initiatives including cost reductions.
• Produce reporting and evaluation activities to improve metrics and customer insights.
• Ensure project delivery meets time, quality, and customer standards.
• Coach leaders and teams in CI methodologies and tools.
