Altria in Richmond, VA is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Governance Associate Manager to advance the Source-to-Pay (S2P) operating model. You will partner with ABS, Technology, and business teams to simplify processes, improve governance, and deliver scalable improvements with measurable value.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in CI, procurement, or related fields, with a strong analytic and collaborative skill set.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in continuous improvement, business process mgmt, project mgmt, governance, ops excellence, procurement, finance ops, shared services, or business transformation.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach.
• Knowledge of S2P processes and standard methodologies.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to improve S2P processes.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Apply process-improvement methodologies to reduce redundancies and risk while enhancing UX.
• Support automation, AI, and tech enablement initiatives.
• Ensure pivotal initiatives are managed effectively.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and align partners.
• Develop reporting structures for leadership on priorities, status, risks, benefits, and resources.
• Maintain governance processes for the S2P CI portfolio.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager and MSP to align CI with procurement strategy.
