Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to drive operational excellence across chemicals and ChemCare. You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, map current and future processes, and implement sustainable improvements that reduce risk and improve the customer experience.

Hybrid role requiring presence in Dublin, OH, Morrisville, PA, or Phoenix, AZ with relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in CI, operations, or customer experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and boost productivity.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps and business requirements.
• Lead or support CI initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborate with business, ops, and tech teams to implement solutions.
• Monitor improvements and adapt as needed.
• Develop customer-facing documentation and training materials.
