Job summary

Univar Solutions seeks a Continuous Improvement Analyst to drive operational excellence across chemicals and ChemCare. The role partners with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, optimize workflows, and enable digital solutions for better customer experiences.

Hybrid work in multiple locations; strong change-management and data-driven decision-making required. SAP experience and Lean Six Sigma credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Business Analysis, Operations, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and productivity.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Develop current/state and future-state process maps and business requirements.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to implement solutions.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of process enhancements.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
