Qualifications

• Experience in Continuous Improvement or Business Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP.
• Familiarity with digital customer solutions.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate waste, reduce complexity, and enhance productivity.
• Facilitate process discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to understand current-state challenges and opportunities.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps and business requirements.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Analyze workflows and recommend process, system, and policy improvements.
• Collaborate with business, operational, and technology teams to implement sustainable solutions.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities for process and system enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions address both immediate needs and long-term sustainability.
