Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Business Analysis, Operations, or related disciplines.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, eliminate waste, reduce complexity, and enhance productivity.
• Facilitate process discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand current-state challenges.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps and business requirements.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to implement sustainable solutions.
• Support testing and deployment activities for process and system enhancements.
