Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in a B2B sales environment (advantage).
• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a sales division to meet or exceed goals.
• Develop and manage sales territories, forecast, and budgets.
• Oversee customer retention and account growth.
• Assess training needs and coordinate with Training.
• Coach advisors and monitor monthly performance.
• Foster collaboration between Outside and Inside Sales teams.
• Advise Marketing on pricing, promos, and market opportunities.
• Develop annual sales plans and report trends to leadership.
