Job summary

Align Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Loan Processor to handle sound processing of new loan requests and underwriting support. The role collaborates with Consumer Loan Underwriters and reports to the Consumer Loan Supervisor.

Key tasks include mailing adverse action notices, uploading documents, preparing loan documents for closings, and handling electronic document delivery. It is a hybrid role with 1–2 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities

• Mail adverse action notices to applicants.
• Upload documentation to imaging system related to the adverse action.
• Prepare loan documents for in-branch closings and for electronic closings.
• Review and confirm signatures on loan documents as required.
• Receive credit card documents from branches and process the credit card order form to Nautilus.
• Take applications and enter into the loan origination system via phone or internet.
• This is a hybrid position with 1–2 in-office days per week.
