The incumbent will handle underwriting support, verifications, disclosures, and closing documents, ensuring loan files are complete and compliant while maintaining excellent member relations.

Responsibilities

• Successfully and completely processes consumer loan applications, consumer loan funding, all forms of loan maintenance and loan related transactions.
• Accurately determines invoice and wholesale values for various types of collateral.
• Handles inquiries and provides assistance to sales team on status of loan application.
• Prepares necessary forms/documentation and obtains required information.
• Verifies the income of the borrower(s) and employment when required.
• Reviews and interprets instructions from the Underwriter for closing.
• Prepares and/or monitors closing documentation, disclosures and disbursement of loans.
• Maintains reporting information for the consumer lending department and forwards data to management.
• Performs final audit and ensures compliance with rules and regulations.
