Job summary

Align Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Loan Processor to review loan requests, gather supporting documentation, and assist underwriting and funding. You will work with Consumer Loan Underwriters and report to the Consumer Loan Supervisor, handling adverse action notices, document uploads, and loan closings.

The role involves stock of credit card documents, entering applications into the origination system, and occasional in-branch work.

Responsibilities

• Mail Adverse Action Notices to applicants.
• Upload documentation to imaging system for adverse action.
• Prepare loan documents for in-branch closings and electronic closings.
• Review and confirm signatures on loan documents as required.
• Process credit card documents and upload to Nautilus; forward to Operations with promotion fields.
• Take applications and enter into loan origination system by phone or internet; answer calls.
• Hybrid position requiring 1–2 days per week in office.
