Qualifications

• Collection experience preferred.
• Must pass FDCPA test.
• Willing to work in-office in Voorhees, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Skip-tracing debtors to locate residence/employment.
• Handle incoming/outgoing collection calls.
• Negotiate balance or payment arrangements.
• Review accounts and schedule follow-ups.
• Read and follow scripts verbatim.
• Comply with federal/state laws and company policies.
• Document interactions with debtors.
• Additional duties as assigned.
