Job summary

Compliance Management International (CMI) is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to lead safety professionals across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. This hybrid role blends leadership, field safety, client support, and project coverage.

You will travel regionally to project sites, mentor staff, perform audits and investigations, ensure OSHA compliance, and develop safety programs. The position reports to the Lansdale, PA corporate office and requires strong communication

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience mentoring or managing safety professionals.
• Experience across multiple construction sites or projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor safety professionals on multiple projects.
• Visit sites regularly to support employees and address client needs.
• Coach staff while maintaining high performance standards.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and development.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project owners.
• Provide hands-on field safety support and conduct audits.
• Coordinate staffing and safety resources across projects.
• Support meetings, proposals, and business development when appropriate.
• Maintain 30–50% billable project work as needed.
