Job summary

Compliance Management International (CMI) is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to lead safety professionals across commercial projects in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware region. The role blends management with hands-on field safety and requires frequent travel, with remote work supported based on business needs.

You'll mentor safety staff, visit project sites, and build strong relationships with clients and contractors while maintaining high safety standards and OSHA

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience mentoring safety professionals.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
